Lenawee County Fair Parade/Performance
Parade: July 20, 2008. Line up begins at Lenawee
Recreation Bowling Alley at 11:30 a.m. on the East Side of the
Parking Lot (College Ave). Wear your favorite costume. Parade
starts at 1:00. Call Carrie and let her know if you can do this.
902-6857. We will have Robert’s pick up truck as our vehicle so we
will walk and ride.
Dance Performance: We will perform on Kids
Day! Friday, July 25, 2008 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The
rehearsal will be held on July 23, 2008 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Please arrive at the performance 1/2 hr. early at the bandshell to
prepare. Performers get into the fair for free and will
receive tickets at the rehearsal (We are not able to provide free
tickets to parents/family). Call Carrie by July 15 if you can dance
this show so we can set up specific rehearsal times. 902-6857.
Fall Classes
Fall classes will start on September 1st this
year. Registration will be held on August 27 in Onsted and
August 28 in Adrian.

Summer Classes
This year Carrie will be teaching two 3 week sessions of summer
technique classes held at the Adrian studio (6 classes). The
cost is $100.00 per session and is due your first class (checks
payable to Carrie Meusling.) Competition students or any
student planning on joining the Competition Team next year are
required to attend at least one of these sessions.
Session 2 July: (Mon. and Wed.) 7, 9, 14, 16, 21 and 23.
Classes: Ballet/Jazz Technique - Ages 6-10 1pm-2pm
Ballet/Jazz Technique - Ages 10 & up 2pm-3pm
Stay in shape, improve your technique and have fun with
choreography!

Jump, Swim & Eat
Tammy is offering 1 session of “Jump, Swim &
Eat” on July 17 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at her home. We
will learn and practice dance jumps on the soft grass, order pizza
and then cool off by going for a swim in the lake. This is
open to dancers of all ages and you can bring a friend.
However, if weather is bad class will be cancelled. You can
confirm a weather cancellation by calling Tammy’s cell phone at
517-605-7336. The cost will be $5.00 per person per session.
