Barre Technique Class

 Barre method combines fundamental classical ballet movements with traditional fitness exercises. These classes are composed of low impact exercises, which focus on targeting deep, difficult to work muscles. The main benefit of barre class is increased core strength with an emphasis on balance and control, requiring core muscles to stay "on" even if you're working other parts of the body. It is also a multitasking, total-body workout, great for mind-body connection, and increasing muscle definition. No dance experience required.

You don't have to be a ballerina to do barre!
